This beautiful ground floor apartment with private garden is located in a small quiet residential complex in the first sea line. The kilometer-long sandy beach Es Trenc is literally at your feet and is directly accessible from the garden. The large open terrace invites you to sunbathe. A covered terrace with table is the perfect summer living room with breathtaking sea views. The apartment has a cozy living-dining room with fully equipped kitchenette, two bedrooms and two bathrooms. Air conditioning and heating are available. A parking space in the underground car park is available to our holiday guests. Various restaurants and a small supermarket are within easy walking distance. Other restaurants are located on the promenade of the neighboring village of Sa Ràpita, which can be reached on foot along the sandy beach. In the beautiful Mediterranean town of Ses Salines or in the coastal town of Colonia de Sant Jordi are many other good restaurants and shops. Several larger supermarkets and other shopping facilities can be found in Campos, just minutes from Ses Covetes. After waking up directly into the sea. Here you can realize this dream! 🙂

Beautiful ground floor apartment on the famous sandy beach Es Trenc with private garden and access to the beach and the sea. Access to the sandy beach is directly in front of the garden. Fantastic sea view from all rooms.

The small coastal town of Ses Covetes is located directly on the beach, in the south of the island of Mallorca, and between it and its neighboring towns Sa Ràpita and Colonia Sant Jordi lies “only” – kilometer long sandy beach. The beach section to Sa Ràpita is about 2km long, the distance to Colonia Sant Jordi is 4km and leads over the famous Es Trenc beach, which is often compared to the Caribbean because of its white sand and turquoise waters. The sand leads gently and shallowly into the water, making it ideal for children and the elderly. Both the dunes and the forests behind are protected and any development is prohibited. A stretch of beach on the piece towards Colonia is declared as nudist beach.
Ses Covetes itself has less than 100 inhabitants, with this number increasing in the summer through the use of holiday apartments and houses. It is still a very original place and none of the existing buildings is higher than three floors. In the summer months, several restaurants, such as the S’Embat, Es Murters, Ran de Mar, Noray and the bar Esperanza, as well as a small supermarket to cover the daily needs are open. Out of season (November to March) there are only one or two ways to stop, but a lot of rest. Pure relaxation for people who want to escape the hustle and bustle undisturbed by nature.
For larger purchases, the place offers Campos, which is located about 12 km away inland and offers a year-round infrastructure. There are several large supermarkets such like Lidl, Mercadona and also a Müller, pharmacies, banks, doctors, as well as restaurants, bars and smaller shops. Thursday morning, a small fruit and vegetable market with local specialties and Saturday morning, the large weekly market with many exhibitors, including flea market held.
The nearest ports are in Sa Ràpita, S’Estanyol and Colonia Sant Jordi. From the latter, day trips are offered to the small, protected nature island of Cabrera. Sailing courses are regularly offered in the ports of Sa Ràpita and S’Estanyol.
Even with surfers, the beach section towards Sa Ràpita is very popular.
Golfers can enjoy their hobby at Marriott Golf Son Antem (30km), Golf Maioris (40km) and Vall D’or Golf (35km).
The airport and the capital Palma de Mallorca are only 45km and 50km away respectively.

Lage traumhaft und das bei jedem Wetter! Sehr gute Ausstattung inkl. Heizung und Kühlung und alles funktioniert! Dazu ein eigener Garagenplatz. Professionelle, unkomplizierte und hilfsbereite Vermieter.

Absolut empfehlenswert- wenn wieder in Mallorca, dann sicher hier!

Wir haben eine Woche in diesem traumhaften Apartment verbracht. Gefühlt haben wir uns nur auf der großartigen Terrasse mit schönem Meerblick aufgehalten. Die Ausstattung des Apartments ist vollkommen ausreichend. Als sehr nützlich hat sich die Klimaanlage und die Außendusche auf der Terrasse herausgestellt. Man hat zwei Strände zur Auswahl oder badet direkt unterhalb in den Felsen.

Wir waren sehr zufrieden und kommen gerne wieder…

The only negative about this apartment is the catalog photo, which does not do justice to the comfortable apartment and the beautiful location. Two bathrooms, two bedrooms and a very large living room are perfectly furnished. From the rooms there is a wonderful view of the Mediterranean, which only a few steps away in small rocky coves. To the right and left of the house are the wide beaches of Es Trenc.

The care on the part of the landlord was professional, punctual, personal and not intrusive.

I will gladly recommend the apartment.

The apartment is really good. Fantastic view. You can watch perfect sunset every day. The only drawback is the neighbors from above. An old family who made noise until 2:00 o’clock. Otherwise a perfect holiday.

The location of the apartment is without a doubt the absolute hammer. Feels 360 degrees sun and sea. Outstanding. Two dream beaches within walking distance, several really good restaurants around the corner, a small well-stocked supermarket and at each beach a beach bar complete the well-being effect perfectly. The equipment of the apartment is completely fine. It is clean and tidy. You have everything you need. Garden and terrace invite you to linger and also allow a home-day. 🙂 Basically you do not really need to drive away, that’s how nice it is there!

The details in the listing were completely correct, the welcome and adoption by the responsible people went smoothly. I have already recommended this apartment to several friends and we want to come back! Highly Recommended!

In a fantastic location we were allowed to spend 2 weeks in this beautiful apartment. The apartment has everything you need to survive. Details are given in the description. The apartment is exactly like this. It was very clean and tidy. The contact to the landlord was very good. Everything worked smoothly. Also worth a visit are the underground car park, which belongs to the complex of approx. 6 apartments, and the air conditioning system.

Highlight is undoubtedly the terrace with unobstructed view of the sea. You can either bathe directly below in the rocks or you can walk for 5 minutes and is on a beautiful sandy beach (west Sa Rapida). Or 10 minutes in the other direction (east to Es Trenc). In the village itself, there are various restaurants, but we decided after 2 days to cook. It tasta better. There is a Lidl and a Merkadona in Campos – about 10 minutes by car. Both markets are very clean and very well sorted. Although there is a small supermarket in Ses Covetes, but for bulk purchases, it is not recommended. However, he has fresh croissants and other pastries.

With our 1st stay in Mallorca we are very satisfied. We wanted to see so much, it was just too hot. We only managed to go to Palma a few times in the evening. Very impressive city. Where the hint is appropriate – Ses Covetes without a car is a no go. The bus connections were stopped because everything is parked on the street. Many want to go to the beautiful beaches during the day. And everyone comes by car. Of that one hears and sees nothing in the apartment. Thanks to underground parking.

I have to forgive half a minus point anyway. We had no Wi-Fi in the apartment. Whether DSL was available evades my knowledge. We left the laptop at home. WiFi is everywhere but in the restaurants and beach bars. If you ask nicely for the access data, you get it too.

Our next visit to Malle will take place for air conditioning reasons only in the fall. And then we will look at everything that we did not make this time because of the heat. We would like to go to this apartment again.

We were glad we persevered with this booking after several hiccups in the administration – dealing with contracts, payments etc – as the apartment was exactly as described on the web-site and in the photographs. Firstly, the location is superb, set on a small headland with uninterrupted views east over to Colonia Sant Jordi and the islands of the Cabrera Archipelago, and westward to Sa Rapita. The garden catches the sun from early morning until sunset. You can walk out of the gate at the bottom of the garden, down a few rough rock steps and swim off the rocks in glorious clear water or walk five minutes westward to a really nice sandy beach with a friendly beach bar Es Murters (see review on TripAdvisor) A ten minute walk in the other direction brings you to the famed Es Trenc beach with another beach bar. The village of Ses Covetes is at the end of a dead-end road and so is very quiet when the day visitors have gone but there are three restaurants and you can walk along the beach to Sa Rapita in 15 minutes where there are another half-dozen restaurants. If you want to see more of the island you definitely need a hire car and although you are in the extreme south east corner of the island you can be in Palma de Mallorca in 35 minutes.

The two-bedroom, two-bathroom apartment was very spacious for us, as a couple, but the seating in the living area might be a bit tight for four adults. Otherwise it had all the required facilities, including a kettle for Brits who love their tea. It was a delightful apartment, very quiet in the first week of June when the season hadn’t really kicked off and yet the sea was warm and the temperature in the low thirties. The only minor negative issues we can think of are that the garden is overlooked from the balcony of the upstairs apartment and from people walking on the cliff-side path but – if you want to sunbathe au natural – then you are only minutes from a nudist beach. The underground car-parking is a tight squeeze if you have (as we did) a large 4×4 rental car. The TV has very limited English language channels and there is no DVD player so when we finally dragged ourselves in from drinking very decent Mallorcan wines whilst watching the sun go down we watched pre-downloaded films on a lap-top. Having said all that, they are minor niggles compared to the incomparable views and location of this very pleasant apartment and we would definitely book it again when we return to this enchanting island.
