Description

The authentic finca is located in a wonderfully quiet location, on the old route from Llucmajor to Cala Pi, just a few minutes from the idyllic sandy beach of the same name bay Cala Pi. The house is idyllically surrounded by pines, olives and almond trees. The house and the outbuildings were lovingly and completely renovated in 2014. The finca has a covered breakfast terrace, where the day can be started undisturbed with the rising sun. In addition to the main house there is a large covered terrace, which is equipped as summer living room complete with summer kitchen, large dining table, gas grill, charcoal grill and a mallorcan wood oven. A beautiful pool (5 x 10 meters) with large sun terrace and 8 deck chairs, and a gazebo with couch, are available for refreshing and chilling. An extra bathroom with toilet and shower complete the outdoor area. As a highlight, the holiday guests have a paddle court. Racquets and balls are avaiable. The ground floor is divided into a living room with vaulted ceiling, a large fully equipped kitchen, a bedroom with bathroom en suite and another separate bathroom. Upstairs is a bedroom with en suite bathroom, two bedrooms and a bathroom with large shower. The finca has an internet connection. The environment can be easily explored by foot or by bike. Possibilities for shopping are sufficiently available in a few minutes by car in Llucmajor or Campos. Also the romantic sandy beach of Cala Pi and the famous Es Trenc beach can be reached in a few minutes.

Tourist levy (tourism tax)  2,00 € per night and person. This amount is due upon arrival. Children under 16 are exempt from the levy.

 

The rental price is inclusive of utilities (such as final cleaning and electricity). There are no additional costs.

A security deposit of 300 € is required upon arrival in cash. The deposit will be returned to the guests on the day of departure, after checking the condition of the holiday property.

Please note that the arrival can usually be made from 16 clock and departure must be until 10 clock, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Cancellation policy:

The comfortable holiday finca is located between the village of Llucmajor (about 8km) and the idyllic coastal town of Cala Pi (about 11km). The nearest beach access to the popular sandy beach Es Trenc is located in Sa Ràpita, only 15 minutes (15 km) away. Golfers can reach the two golf courses Son Antem and Maioris within a few minutes by car. The nearest marinas are in S’Estanyol, Sa Ràpita and El Arenal.

The picturesque little coastal town of Cala Pi is located on the beautiful south coast of Majorca, only about 30 minutes from Palma de Mallorca and about 25 minutes from the airport. Cala Pi gets its name from the bay of the same name with sandy beach. This is a low-lying fjord-like bay cut far into the rock, ending in a sandy beach. The beach can be reached via a long staircase, which is on the left side of Cala Pi Club. The clean, green-blue shimmering water, the picturesque high rocks to the right and left of the bay, the green pine trees above the gorge, the old fishermen’s huts, and the fine sandy beach at the end make Cala Pi the romantic dream beach par excellence. The beach is very shallow from the sea and there is hardly any waves due to the sheltered location, it is also suitable for children. The housing estate with pretty summer houses extends in an easterly direction along the up to 30-meter-high steep coast and goes into the villa settlements Vallgornera Nou and Es Pas. The development consists mainly of single-family houses and villas. Due to the slightly sloping topography of the terrain, many houses in the 3rd-4th. row partly still a nice sea view to the protected island Cabrera. The town of Cala Pi is quiet even in the high season and not overcrowded tourist and offers next to shops for small daily necessities also some bars and restaurants.  The vacacioner  can find a larger selection of shops and a complete infrastructure in Llucmajor which is only 8km away. Here you will also find the German general practitioner Ms. Hieber and a German dental practice.
