The lovingly renovated and cozy finca is located in a wonderful quiet location in rural surroundings. The house is surrounded by pine trees, olives and almond trees. The romantic sandy beach of Cala Pi and the famous Es Trenc beach are just a few minutes drive away. The house and the outbuildings have been completely renovated by the Mallorcan owners with great attention to detail and everything is very well maintained. Often there is also a nice breeze, so that it can withstand even in very warm weather. The finca has a spacious covered terrace with large dining table, where in the shade the meals can be taken. A beautiful pool (4 x 8 meters) with large sun terrace and plenty of sun loungers invites you to sunbathe and refresh. The house offers a beautiful living-dining room, a large fully equipped kitchen, a bedroom with en suite bathroom, a separate shower room and two more bedrooms. All rooms are high and provided with typical vaulted ceiling. In the bedrooms are ceiling fans attached. The up to 1 meter thick stone walls keep the heat outside and the house stays fresh. For the transitional period spring and autumn, there is a wood stove, which nicely heats the living spaces. A very nice holiday object in which our guests can relax wonderfully.

Tourist tax (Eco-tax)  2,00 € per night and person. This amount is due upon arrival. Exempt from tax are only children under 16 years.


The rental price is inclusive of incidental expenses (such as final cleaning and electricity). There are no additional costs.

A deposit of € 300 is payable in cash on arrival. The deposit will be refunded to the guests on the day of departure, after checking the proper condition of the holiday home.

Please note, that unless otherwise agreed, the arrival can take place usually from 16.00 pm on and the departure must be before 10.00 am.

Cancellation policy:

No refund for canceled bookings.

This idyllic holiday finca is located in the south of the island, between the small coastal town of Cala Pi and the village of Llucmajor.
Via the connecting road from Llucmajor to Cala Pi, the idyllic sandy beach of Cala Pi can be reached within a few minutes. The famous beach of Es Trenc is also nearby.
The surroundings can be explored on foot or by bicycle.
Various shopping opportunities can be found in Llucmajor, just 8km away. The market square in Llucmajor offers a very nice ambience and many restaurants invite you to make a stop. The Friday market should definitely be visited.
Golfers can reach the 2 golf courses Son Antem and Maioris within a few minutes. The nearest marina ports are located in S’Estanyol, Sa Ràpita and El Arenal.

The small picturesque seaside village of Cala Pi is located 15 km away, at the beautiful south coast of Mallorca. It is named after the bay of the same name. It is a very deep bay, resembling a fjord, ending in a sandy beach. The beach can be reached by a long staircase, which is located left of the Cala Pi Club. The clean, green-blue shimmering water, the picturesque cliffs to the right and left of the bay, the green pines above the ravine, the old huts of fishermen and the sandy beach at the end make the romantic Cala Pi a dream beach par excellence.
The beach slopes gently into the sea and thanks to the protected location there are hardly any waves, so it is well suited for children. The urbanization with beautiful summer residences runs in an easterly direction, along the up to 30 meters high cliffs, until becoming the villa settlements Vallgornera Nou and Es Pas. The development is composed mainly of single-family homes and villas. Thanks to the gently sloping topography of the area, many houses in 3rd and 4th line partially offer beautiful sea views until the protected island of Cabrera. The village of Cala Pi is peaceful even in high season and is not overcrowded with tourists. Besides shopping possibilities for the daily needs it also offers some bars and restaurants. A larger variety of shops is in the 8km distant Llucmajor.

We spent 11 great days on the beautiful finca. We missed nothing. Everything was available in the house, what you need and know from home. The finca is in a TOP condition. The property is really big and well maintained. Especially great was the very nice pool that belonged exclusively to the finca. Here we spent great hours. Every other day the pool was cleaned and was always super well maintained. It was also nice that it is getting deeper and deeper. Our kids could stand in the front and had their fun. We can recommend this finca without restriction and would book again and again. Thanks to Oliver Dietrich for the very nice contact.
We drove always in 20 minutes by car to the Playa de Palma (Balneario 12) to the beach. That was no problem on the highway.
We had a great holiday in July 2017 :-).
