The cozy, south-facing, Mediterranean holiday house is located in the quiet coastal town of Cala Pi, just minutes from the idyllic sandy beach of Cala Pi. It has various terraces, including its own roof terrace, with wonderful sea views and the opportunity to sunbathe undisturbed , In the garden the beautiful holiday home offers a small pool with pool terrace and barbecue. The house has been lovingly renovated by its owners and is equipped with air conditioning and central heating. On the ground floor the house has a living-dining area with large dining table and direct access to the pool terrace, a modern open kitchen and a bedroom with bathroom en suite and also direct access to the terrace. Upstairs there are two more bedrooms, each with double bed, and a shower room. From one of the bedrooms, guests can directly access a small terrace or the roof terrace. From the other bedroom an external staircase leads directly into the Mediterranean garden. From the location of the holiday home, the area can be explored on foot or by bike. Along the coast, and always overlooking the sea, you can reach the well-known natural beach Es Trenc. Various restaurants and two small supermarkets are only about 1.5 km away. Everything is so within walking distance and after an extensive restaurant visit you come back to the house without a car. We advise you to rent a rental car.

Tourist tax (Tourism levy)  1,00 € per night and person. This amount is due upon arrival. Children under 16 are exempt from the levy.

 

The rental price is inclusive of utilities (such as final cleaning and electricity). There are no additional costs on our side.

A security deposit of 300 € is required upon arrival in cash. The deposit will be returned to the guests on the day of departure, after checking the condition of the holiday property.

Please note that as a rule the arrival can be done from 4 pm and the departure has to be done until 10 am, unless we agree otherwise in writing.

Cancellation policy:

Cozy holiday home with 3 bedrooms, just a few minutes from the sandy beach of Cala Pi. The closest beach access to the popular sandy beach Es Trenc is located in Sa Ràpita, just 12 minutes (18 km) away. Golfers can reach the 2 golf courses Son Antem and Maioris within a few minutes by car. The nearest marinas are in S’Estanyol, Sa Ràpita and El Arenal.

The picturesque little coastal town of Cala Pi is located on the beautiful south coast of Majorca, only about 30 minutes from Palma de Mallorca and about 20 minutes from the airport. Cala Pi gets its name from the bay of the same name with sandy beach. This is a low-lying fjord-like bay cut far into the rock, ending in a sandy beach. The beach can be reached via a long staircase, which is located to the left of the Cala Pi Club. The clean, green-blue shimmering water, the picturesque high rocks to the right and left of the bay, the green pine trees above the gorge, the old fishermen’s huts and the fine sandy beach at the end make Cala Pi the romantic dream beach par excellence.
The beach is very shallow in the sea and as there is hardly any waves due to the sheltered location, it is also suitable for children. The housing estate with pretty summer houses extends in an easterly direction along the up to 30-meter-high steep coast and goes into the villa settlements Vallgornera Nou and Es Pas. The development consists mainly of single-family houses and villas. Due to the slightly sloping topography of the terrain, many houses in the 3rd-4th. Row partly still a nice sea view to the protected island Cabrera. The place Cala Pi is quiet even in the high season and not touristy overcrowded and offers shopping possibilities of the small daily need also some bars and restaurants. There is a larger selection of shops in the only 15 minutes away Llucmajor. Here you will also find the German general practitioner Dr. Hieber and a German dental practice.

We had a very nice stay at Casa Monica. Everything was fine: a beautifully furnished house, everything was clean, nice pool and a very nice roof terrace with sea views. For a family with children the house is really great! We would come back anytime. Also the contact to landlord Mr. Dietrich was very friendly and uncomplicated.

The house is high-quality equipped and refined. It has a pool and a beautiful roof terrace. In total it has 3 bedrooms. Everything was very clean and well maintained. The landlord (Oliver) was very accommodating and always friendly. Shortcoming: until the end of 2016 there is a construction site in front of the house. Therefore, in the booking request necessarily the landlord respond. Overall, the accommodation is highly recommended.

 

All in all a very nice house with pool.

Very nice house, great pool.

A house to feel good, good layout, comfortable sleep by the air conditioning.

An additional shade on the pool side would be nice.

All in all, we had a very nice stay in the house in Cala Pi.

We liked it very much! The nicest thing in the morning was the coffee overlooking the water from the roof terrace 🙂

The pool is bigger than he comes across in the photos. All in all perfect … also the contact with the landlord Mr. Dietrich was uncomplicated and cordial. I hope very much that we will soon come back to this little oasis !?

The key handover / delivery worked great. The finca is absolutely beautiful, as well as in the pictures, and everything was clean. The garden and the pool are larger than they look in the pictures.

The roof terrace and the grill we liked best. 🙂 The contact with the landlord was nice.

We had a great time and like to come back!

Very nice, clean, well maintained chalet, everything just as in the description and in the photos to see. Very nice reception from the landlord, nothing was missing. Fantastic view from the roof terrace to the sea. Pool was a pleasant size looks a bit small in the photo, but it is not so. Great, large fridge-freezer thus could be bought in advance and for the cool drinks were always ice cubes available. Quiet location, good starting point to drive to some bays in the south z.b. Sa Rapita, Cala Mondrago, etc .. We 2 adults, 2 young people (19) and 1 teen (15) could us from the house in the nightlife (Ballerman / Bierkönig etc.) in about 20 minutes in the hustle and bustle, perfect for our children.

We had 10sonnige, great, relaxing holiday in this house, everything worked out great, thank you again Mr. Dietrich.
