Description
Das Wohnhaus und die Nebengebäude wurden 2014 liebevoll und komplett renoviert.
Die Finca verfügt über eine überdachte Frühstücksterrasse, wo der Tag mit der aufgehenden Sonne ungestört begonnen werden kann. Neben dem Haupthaus gibt es noch eine große überdachte Terrasse, welche als Sommerwohnzimmer komplett mit Sommerküche, großem Esstisch, Gasgrill, Holzkohlegrill und einem mallorquinischen Holzbackofen ausgestattet ist.
Ein schöner Pool (5 x 10 Meter) mit großer Sonnenterrasse und 8 Liegestühlen, sowie einem Pavillon mit Couch, stehen zum Erfrischen und Chillen zur Verfügung.
Ein extra Bad mit WC und Dusche runden den Aussenbereich ab.
Als Highlight steht den Feriengästen noch ein Paddelplatz zur Verfügung. Schläger und Bälle sind vorhanden.
Das Erdgeschoss teilt sich auf in ein Wohnzimmer mit Gewölbedecke, eine große komplett ausgestattete Wohnküche, ein Schlafzimmer mit Bad en suite und ein weiteres separates Duschbad.
Im OG befinden sich ein Schlafzimmer mit Bad en suite, zwei Schlafzimmer und ein Bad mit großer Dusche.
Die Finca verfügt über einen Internetanschluss.
Die Umgebung kann bequem zu Fuß oder mit dem Fahrrad erkundet werden.
Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind ausreichend in Llucmajor oder Campos vorhanden und in wenigen Minuten mit dem Auto zu erreichen.
Ebenfalls sind der romantische Sandstrand der Cala Pi und der bekannte Es Trenc Strand in wenigen Minuten zu erreichen.

The comfortable holiday finca is located between the village of Llucmajor (about 8km) and the idyllic coastal town of Cala Pi (about 11km). The nearest beach access to the popular sandy beach Es Trenc is located in Sa Ràpita, only 15 minutes (15 km) away. Golfers can reach the two golf courses Son Antem and Maioris within a few minutes by car. The nearest marinas are in S’Estanyol, Sa Ràpita and El Arenal.
The picturesque little coastal town of Cala Pi is located on the beautiful south coast of Majorca, only about 30 minutes from Palma de Mallorca and about 25 minutes from the airport. Cala Pi gets its name from the bay of the same name with sandy beach. This is a low-lying fjord-like bay cut far into the rock, ending in a sandy beach. The beach can be reached via a long staircase, which is on the left side of Cala Pi Club. The clean, green-blue shimmering water, the picturesque high rocks to the right and left of the bay, the green pine trees above the gorge, the old fishermen’s huts, and the fine sandy beach at the end make Cala Pi the romantic dream beach par excellence. The beach is very shallow from the sea and there is hardly any waves due to the sheltered location, it is also suitable for children. The housing estate with pretty summer houses extends in an easterly direction along the up to 30-meter-high steep coast and goes into the villa settlements Vallgornera Nou and Es Pas. The development consists mainly of single-family houses and villas. Due to the slightly sloping topography of the terrain, many houses in the 3rd-4th. row partly still a nice sea view to the protected island Cabrera. The town of Cala Pi is quiet even in the high season and not overcrowded tourist and offers next to shops for small daily necessities also some bars and restaurants. The vacacioner can find a larger selection of shops and a complete infrastructure in Llucmajor which is only 8km away. Here you will also find the German general practitioner Ms. Hieber and a German dental practice.
